Location: Vietnam, Hanoi
Date: 11th-12th November 2013
Who can apply?
Applicants eligible for this call should:
- Be a citizen of Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Burma
- Be a national scientist attached to a university or research institution
- Have at least a Master's or equivalent degree
- Be able to write and discuss in English
- Having collaborative links with the LMI LUSES, the PPR SELTAR, the LMI RICE or with the IRD/AIRD will be considered as an advantage but it is not a requirement

- Applicants should send Application form in PDF format to secretary.lddird@yahoo.com by 15 October 2013.
- The applications will be assessed by an evaluation committee and successful applicants will be invited to the training cours.
