Estimation of Leaf Area Index (LAI) Though Digital Hemispherical Photography
Date: 24th - 26th June, 2013
Location: Kasetsart University, Thailand
Who can apply
Applicants eligible for this call should:
- Be a citizen of Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Burma
- Be a national scientist attached to a university or research institution
- Have at least a Master's or equivalent degree
- Be able to write and discuss in English
- Having collaborative links with the LMI LUSES, the PPR SELTAR, the LMI RICE or with the IRD/AIRD will be considered as an advantage but it is not a requirement
Please note :
Budget covers for South-East Asia participants except Thai nationality . However, Thai people is invited to attend the training and they must take in charge the occurred expenses by themselves.
How to apply
1. Applicants should send Application form in pdf format to lmiluses.trainingcourses@yahoo.com by 5th June 2013 .
2. The applications will be assessed by an evaluation committee and up to 10 successful applicants will be invited to the training course.
- 5 places for Thai nationality
- 5 places for international participants (Lao, Vietnam, Burma, Cambodia)
Deadline for application is 5th June 2013
Late applications will not be considered.
The selected participants will be notified by 7 th June, 2013
